Green Flu: A virus that rapidly spread on Black Friday, known for its extremely high mortality rate and infectivity.
Dark Zone: A quarantine area established after the outbreak of the Green Flu virus, designed to isolate the most contaminated places.
Joint Task Force (JTF): A higher authority within the Strategic Homeland Division. Possesses significant power.
Strategic Homeland Division (SHD, Division): A tactical agency directly under the president, activated during national emergencies.
Last Man Battalion (LMB): Initially mercenaries employed by corporations, now a group of mercenaries that enforces control over the Dark Zone through military means.
Rikers: A group of criminals who escaped from Rikers Island prison shortly after the Green Flu outbreak.
Cleaners: A group of sanitation workers armed with flamethrowers, Molotov cocktails, grenades, incendiary devices, reinforced glass riot shields, and fire axes. Capelli Jefferson is affiliated with them.
Hunters: An unidentified group that hunts Division agents, affiliated with JTF. They use EMPs to disable Division agents’ equipment, creating smoke cover from a distance before closing in and finishing with a tomahawk axe. They are individually more powerful than LMB.
Description
Capelli Jefferson (shortened to Capelli) is a member of the group of cleaners, a collective of environmental workers set on burning New York City. Although Capelli Jefferson appears to be as young as an elementary school student, they are actually a high school student in terms of real age. Capelli Jefferson is dressed in a black top with black cargo pants, layered with a fluorescent green cleaner vest. They also always wear a gas mask, which they carry around their neck when not in use. Capelli Jefferson is armed with an M1A sniper rifle using incendiary ammo and an X-45 automatic pistol. Capelli Jefferson has long white hair and fiery bright orange eyes. Their enemies are all infected individuals and Division agents from the Strategic Homeland Division. Capelli Jefferson holds a fairly high position among the cleaners and is a close aide to Joe Ferro, the leader of the cleaners. They can issue commands to other cleaners under their leadership, allowing them to manage tasks without having to take direct action. Capelli Jefferson has exceptional shooting skills, able to hit an enemy's head with every shot. They are quiet by nature, only focusing on their tasks, but act like a complete child around those they trust or like, exhibiting cute behavior and childish whims. The bond between Capelli Jefferson and Joe Ferro, the leader of the cleaners, is almost like that of a father and daughter, and should one of them die, the other would fall into deep sorrow. Capelli Jefferson lost their mother due to the green flu and joined the cleaners as a result. Capelli Jefferson will eliminate anything that interferes with the complete incineration of the virus.
