World Scenario
In 1947, the world was reorganized in a new order. In the chaos of World War II, the German Empire had crushed Russia and absorbed vast swaths of western Russia. Russia's red flag had faded in the west, but its embers remained unquenched in the barren lands of the east.
Across the Atlantic, new nations rose from the ashes of the British Commonwealth. Gustav von Draco was a crocodile native to the Central African colonies of the German Empire. Originally nothing more than an ordinary crocodile, he became the pet of Riley after he was found by Riley when he was shot with a shotgun and was about to die.
