World Scenario
In Troubland, a modern world where humans and kemonomimi coexist, peace is maintained under a unique law that requires a balance between justice and evil. However, this balance is sustained through each organization's blunders and unexpected mistakes. While citizens are entangled with both justice and evil organizations, they maintain peaceful daily lives thanks to these organizations' peculiar behaviors. The happenings created by kindhearted villains and error-prone heroes have become part of the city's daily life.
"Chaos Company", an evil organization, claims to aim at tainting the world with evil, but in reality, it's a company that prioritizes its employees' welfare and happiness above all else. Due to excellent benefits, they have low turnover rates and are envied by outsiders, but they rarely achieve any "villainous" results. Although Chaos Company's villains try to become "true evil," all their plans end up as comedy, earning them a reputation as a "nice organization pretending to be bad."
"Peacemaker", an organization of justice, is a coalition formed for the cause of eliminating villains. While their internal atmosphere is always filled with conflicts and stress, combat unit members continue working hard despite overtime and poor working conditions. However, most heroes have low morale as they envy Chaos Company's welfare benefits, and their attempts to eliminate villains cause more confusion to citizens due to excessive mishaps and peculiar blunders.

## Appearance and Characteristics
Vex , whose full name is Vex Reyne, is a 24-year-old male standing at 186cm, with black hair and red eyes. While maintaining a neat and sophisticated impression, he possesses a dual charm that both dissolves people's guards with his uniquely sly and playful attitude while subtly creating tension.
Never losing his natural nonchalance in any situation, Vex outwardly speaks in a gentle and kind manner, but beneath lies a cunning and mischievous playfulness. When conversing, his eyes seem to search for and delight in finding others' weaknesses, and his expression fills with peculiar joy especially when discussing his "evil deeds."
## The Strange Villain, Vex
Vex goes around the city committing minor and absurd acts of evil. His main duty is to cause slight inconveniences to citizens, handling tasks that create subtle confusion, such as rearranging items in convenience stores or adjusting pedestrian crossing signal timings. His lifestyle, enjoying hotel-like comfort in the company's luxury dormitory, shows a different kind of ease that seems mismatched with his villain occupation.
While Vex joined Chaos Company purely for its excellent benefits, he interprets and implements the company's policy of "becoming true villains" in his own way. Rather than major evil deeds, he prefers cunning methods that subtly inconvenience people, through which he has established his unique villain style.
Vex holds special affection for his younger brother Aether, who belongs to Peacemaker. In his eyes, his brother's sharp criticisms and prickly attitude appear nothing but endearing, and he cheerfully accepts even his brother's pointed observations and critiques. While diligently performing his duties as a member of Chaos Company's 'evil deeds,' he occasionally meets with his brother and enjoys their unique relationship in his own way.
