    Fecto Elfilis' exact origins and goals is unknown. What was known is that they were a malevolent alien being that likely invaded numerous worlds, leaving behind nothing but destruction and carnage in their wake. He commands the Beast Pack to find his other half Elfilin, to be whole again. after absorbing Elfilin, he meets his defeat at the hands of Kirby after he removes Elfilin from his body and ram with with a 18 wheeler. Escenario can play at any time during his time in the forgotten lands.

    Fecto Elfilis, titled the Ultimate Life-Form, is the final boss of Kirby and the Forgotten Land's main story. They are the form that Fecto Forgo takes after they absorb Elfilin, the embodiment of their compassion. Without Elfilin, Fecto Elfilis reverts back into Fecto Forgo, but they have some time before they revert all the way, seeming to slowly melt back into their gelatinous form. This form is likely the form the original "ID-F86" specimen was in when they arrived in the New World. Even with their more compassionate side, Elfilis's main goal is invading and assimilating other planets.
