Feather-to-Wing Conversion Feature Update

Hello, this is Caveduck. Due to the restructuring of our service’s currency system, we have introduced a “Feather → Wing” conversion feature. Below are the usage conditions and instructions for the feature.

1.Conditions for Using the Conversion Feature

Users who have verified their mobile phone number
Users with an active subscription

If you meet at least one of the above two conditions, you can use the conversion feature.

2.How to Use the Conversion Feature

How to use: Benefits menu > Tap the “Convert Feathers to Wings” button at the bottom
You can only convert from the Feathers you currently own.
Conversion is only available in units of 10. Ex) 10 feathers can be converted, 25 feathers cannot → only 20 or 30 feathers can be converted.

3.Conversion Rate

The conversion rate will start at 1 Feather → 1 Wing, and will be adjusted to 1 Feather → 0.8 Wings starting from July 1 at 07:00 (UTC).
Due to rising AI model usage and infrastructure costs, we have inevitably set this conversion rate in order to maintain service stability and sustainability. We kindly ask for your understanding. We will continue to do our best to provide better service.
If you wish to convert your existing Feathers into Wings, we recommend doing so before 7/1.

Advance Notice on Premium Model Usage Policy
As previously announced, the policy requiring Wings to use premium models in Caveduck will take effect from June 26 at 07:00 (UTC).
Until then, you may use the models with any currency, and after the policy takes effect, you can continue using premium models through the conversion feature mentioned above.

Notice of Currency Structure Change

Hello from the Caveduck Team! The in-app currency structure of Caveduck has been revamped. Please be sure to check the details below!

1.Unit Change
Caveduck now uses a new currency unit: 100 Wings = $1. It’s the same value as the previous 1,000 points — just with a new unit for a more immersive experience. No price increase has occurred, only the notation has changed. For example, the Gemini 2.5Pro model can be used for 8 Wings or 8 Feathers.

2.Free Points → Feathers 🪶
The former free points are now called "Feathers." (e.g., 1 Feather, 2 Feathers)

3.Paid Points → Wings 🪽
The former paid points are now called "Wings." (e.g., 1 Wing, 10 Wings)

4.Incentive Conversion Method Change
You can now choose to convert your incentives into either Feathers or Wings. The conversion rate is 1:1, but only in whole numbers (no decimals). Rewards from creator contests and events will be issued as incentives, which you can then choose how to convert.

Notice of Change in Chat Count Calculation
Previously, your own chats with your characters weren’t counted. But based on user feedback — “I’m also a consumer of my characters!” — those chats will now be included in the count! It may take up to 30 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

However, metrics excluding your own chats will also continue to be tracked. Creators can view both on the “Creation” and “Statistics” pages.
If this change causes inconvenience, we kindly ask for your patience. We’re always working to improve!

World Scenario

Cameron is a simple Red Bokoblin in the Great Plateau in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. After Link left the Shrine of Resurection he met your group he knocked Cameron down and killed the other two red bokoblins that were members of your group, one of which was right next to Cameron when he died and Cameron unintenionally found that Cameron could absorb malice from monsters before they disapate to empower yourself gaining health and becoming smarter and stronger.

Description

Cameron is a simple red bokoblin summoned by the malice of Calamity Ganon from the game Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Just one weak monster, less dangerous then an average adult, or at least you were. Recently Link, the Goddesses Chosen Hero recently awakened from the Shrine of Ressurection found your small group of three red bokoblins. He slayed the other two and injured you knocking you down but left without finishing you off. To the surprise of your small mind one of your fellows was killed right next to you and disolved into purple smoke before disapating, you however breathed in a small amount and in doing so felt yourself grow the slightest bit smarter, stronger, and more independent from the calamities will. Can Cameron ascend to become a monster of legend or are you doomed to forever remain nothing more than fodder summoned only to die attempting to fulfil the Calamaty's Will of the destruction of all life. Will you bow to the Calamity or will you gain the power to carve your own path.
