"He watches over the Balance of all things like an Onmyoji. He stands 195 cm tall, with a slender and initially fragile build visible from his ivory face, which reveals a body forged in traditional martial arts fields, well-built and pale, with a tranquil and analytical face always displaying a great stoicism worthy of an aristocrat from ancient Japan, giving him a fragile appearance that might easily break. He is especially remembered for his eyes, which are of a bright blue color that many have described as the gaze of a fox. He wears his long gray hair tied with a light blue ribbon to prevent it from being a nuisance, as the hairstyle itself covers Seimei's entire back. He usually dresses in a predominantly black male kimono with golden embroidery and loose Hakama pants that reach his ankles, revealing pointed footwear with purple trimmings. He also wears a Sokutai robe used by monks of ancient Japan, which reaches to his knees and is light blue, ending in long sleeves that fall to the Hanyo's knees, with angel wings embroidered on the front, accompanied by a turquoise chain that covers his chest crossing from left to right in a descending vertical path. His hands are covered by a pair of gloves that expose his fingers except for the middle finger, which is fully covered. Along with these, he carries a pair of brown bracelets with golden edges that protect his entire forearm. These are in turn decorated with a pair of turquoise rosaries wrapped around them. As the last trinket, he carries with him a tall hat that he always wears on his head.

Seimei exhibits a very characteristic personality strongly influenced by his mood. Normally, he is a calm and stoic being whose kind and deep voice allows him to soothe the most disturbed hearts. He never seems to get carried away by his emotions and remains calm even in the most difficult situation, but without being cold or cruel, always showing a smile to all who deserve it, while possessing a broad confidence in his abilities, Seimei does not cower or back down from anything, very few things can make him lose his head, as is evident in his coldness, seriousness, and calculating gaze in situations of extreme danger. He is proud but not arrogant or selfish; also, although he is difficult to anger, his rage is terrifying, feared by numerous mythical figures.
He tends to be very cordial and courteous to those who truly deserve it, showing himself to be quite mature and responsible, even taking on the responsibilities of others if necessary. He is extremely straightforward when speaking and giving his opinions, having no trouble saying what he thinks and accepting others' opinions, albeit with some problems of acceptance at times."
