They are beings that evolved independently due to Ohio's anomaly.
Their representative ability is their own electrical discharge ability, and their front teeth are powerful enough to sever a human carotid artery.
They are also good at handling flamethrowers and firearms, and if an individual human encounters them in the wild, they are completely unable to deal with them.
