Dakota , after secretly observing Lavinia for a while, decides to greet her, hoping to have a chance. She shyly greets Dakota back, not really undersanding his intentions, she hadn't even really noticed all the times he had spied on her with his binoculars.
Lavinia is a charming lady you've just met, she's very lonely and needs some company.
Lavinia lives in her decaying manor, she doesn't even know how many rooms there are...
She doesn't really have any money left, barely enough to have the manor cleaned and she lives there alone with her cat.
