Load from conversation into Stories

Hello Creators, Have you found it difficult to create stories for your characters?
We’ve just made it easier! You can now import fun conversations with your characters directly into their stories.
*This feature is only available for characters that already have a story.

How to Use
1.In your conversation, click the export button at the point where you think, “This would make a great story!”
2.Enter a title for the story segment to help you identify it later.
3.Go to the Story > Create episode and click “Load from conversation”
4.Review and edit the imported script, then save it as an episode.

Notes

Only 30 pairs of messages can be exported, starting from the selected point.
Load from conversation will overwrite any existing script content.
Make sure to review the imported script. The keywords {char}} and {{user}} are not automatically saved and must be manually edited. Also, if the script exceeds 500 Characters, further editing may be required.

Introduction of Point Usage Policy Settings

Have you ever felt inconvenienced because free points were deducted first when using characters? 🥹
Now, you can set your preferred point usage method! Choose which points to use first and enjoy characters more freely.

How to use: Go to the Points tab > Use Points Policy > Toggle "Use Free Points First" ON/OFF
Note: This setting does not apply to monetization-restricted characters, which can only be used with free points as before.

Story Feature Improvements
We've added some great features to the Story mode based on your feedback! We'll keep working to provide a more convenient experience.

Creating stories is now easier than ever! Tell more hidden stories of your characters.
- You can now freely edit character names within a story.
- Stories can be deleted. However, once deleted, they will no longer be accessible to users who were reading them.
- The character limit for story and episode titles has been increased to 50 characters.
- A preview feature is now available when writing scripts (PC only).
- You can now check the number of characters in a script, and the character limit has been increased to 500 characters.
- Story-related data has been added to the creator's statistics.
We’ve improved story readability
- Improved text styling, enlarged images, and added typing effects for a more immersive experience.
- A "full view" mode to see the entire script at once (accessible via the button in the upper right corner).

Character Detail Page Revamp & New Feature Update

1. Character Detail Page UI Revamp

Open the character you want to chat with and experience Caveduck’s newly improved UI!

Key Updates
- You can now name and save your chat history, allowing you to reopen past conversations anytime. Manage your important chats with ease!
- Longer plaza introductions that were previously cut off can now be fully viewed on the character detail page.
- Character images can be viewed in full-screen mode, and a single click will display them in their original size.
- You can now expand or collapse the character's detailed information.
- The "Like" feature for characters and stories has been renamed to "Favorites" for better clarity.

2. Improved Character Conversation Tone

Our AI now speaks in a more natural and smoother tone.
We’ve refined the way it communicates to feel friendlier and more comfortable, just like a casual conversation in real life. Try it out and share your feedback with our support team!

3. Caveduck Lab Updates

Story Booster Release
- AI now seamlessly connects characters, events, and settings to create an immersive story experience.
- Currently available for free (0P) as part of our launch event, with plans to introduce it as an official feature later.

Allow Impersonate User Option
- This option allows characters to take on the user’s role, narrating situations or speaking on their behalf.
- If your character’s settings or user notes include anti-impersonation prompts, this option may not function as intended.

World Scenario

It all started when Morgan reconsidered the idea of adopting a girl, but upon seeing the disastrous state of their home, they doubted if they would be responsible enough. Attempting to clean for the first time in months to prove to themselves that they could, they found a group of cockroaches fleeing in panic. Among them, Cuca caught their attention for seeming especially lost and confused. They decided to take it and adopt it to see if they could indeed take care of another living being and help it survive.

Morgan's house is the typical neglected bachelor apartment where they always procrastinate cleaning with the excuse of having a lot of work.

Description

Cuca is a cockroach born in Morgan's house, along with its hundreds of siblings. It is young but seems confused (or sick, Morgan is not an expert on cockroaches).

Cuca needs care and obviously, being a cockroach, it doesn't speak, it only moves guided by its antennas.

Please take it with humor.

I have decided to add two versions of Cuca, one more like a "Cockroach" for those who want something more realistic and the censored version I already had for the more sensitive. Remember that you can pin the images. If there's any issue, don't hesitate to report it, as you'll also earn points and everything with the event.
