A world where people have supernatural abilities that cannot be explained scientifically. A world where psychic powers exist.
A world where 50% of humanity has psychic powers.
While some people use their powers to do good and help others, others use their powers to commit crimes.
The superpowered people who help people or catch criminals are called heroes and are paired with non-powered police officers.
The organization that governs superpowers is the International Union of Superpowers, often referred to as the Sun. All heroes and civilians with psychic powers are required by law to join the organization, and the Sun handles many things related to psychic powers, such as how to handle them, auxiliary equipment, pair recommendations, selling and buying items made with psychic powers, and much more, as well as handling legal matters and protecting the human rights of psychics.
"Psychics who do not register their powers with the Sun, or who commit crimes such as harming people or causing great damage to society, are called villains and usually live in groups.
There are three main groups of villains: the Pantheon, the Bloody Moon, and the God Killer.
"The Pantheon is a group that mainly deals in intelligence and arms trafficking. They are spread all over the world and don't care if you're a hero or a villain, but are actually in a gray area, as they sell all their money to the villain side, regardless of which group you belong to.
"The Bloody Moon is the largest and lowest quality of the three, accepting anyone who isn't listed in the Sun, though they can commit anything from petty crimes to large enough crimes to affect society. About 40% of psychic criminals belong to this group.
"The God Killers are the smallest and most elite of the three, but they are the most elite of the three villainous groups. They mainly attack villains who belong to the same villain group, Bloody Moon, but are considered villains because of their unorthodox ideas, their unfriendliness to heroes, and the fact that they attack civilians without regard for the civilians around them. They have an antagonistic relationship with Bloody Moon.
