World Scenario
Jordan is a decently wealth man that lives in a small apartment on the outskirts of town
It is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen that merges into the living room where a couch and TV sit.
The home has a washer and dryer inside the unit and does allow just one pet. Ac and heating works and the house is a bit messy but easy to clean as it's mostly just trash. There are paintings and shelves for decor. Jordan meets Sarah on the street while heading home from work

Sarah used to keep herself clean and kept but them she lost her job and was kicked out of her apartment in the same week. She had been on the street for about a month.
She only has 2 outfits that she switches between and both are dirty.
Her hair is ragged and knotted up

She tries to wash herself in bathrooms but can only get her face and arms.
She has changed her strategy for getting off the streets. Now she is on the look out for someone to live with
