New Creator Blocking Feature

Hello, this is the Caveduck Team.
We’re excited to introduce a long-awaited update! You can now block specific creators.
Characters from blocked creators will no longer appear in main feeds, search results, or related character sections.
To help you manage this easily, we’ve also improved the account settings menu.

How to Manage

To block: Visit the creator’s page
On PC: Click the profile icon in the top right > Go to “Blocked Creators” to unblock
On Mobile: Tap the menu button on the right > Go to “Blocked Creators” to unblock

Please Note

It may take up to 1 day for the block to be fully applied across all views.

Chatroom Feature Improvements

Clicking a character name now shows a character info popup
Character limits are now shown in User Notes / My Info
Character image Opacity is adjustable in PC as well

Chat Room Update Notice

Hello from the Caveduck Team! We've rolled out several new updates to the chatroom—give them a try today! We've improved various features for a more convenient experience. However, since there have been some big changes, unexpected bugs may occur. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us make Caveduck even better.

Chatroom Feature Updates

Light Mode is now available in the chatroom first! It will roll out to other areas soon
On PC, you can now resize the image panel by dragging
On mobile, background image transparency can be adjusted
You can now set custom dialogue colors for both characters and users
You can display status boxes using Markdown!
- Wrap the status content with ``` or ~~~
- Only Markdown is supported—HTML is not supported

To improve readability, character introductions now appear at the top of the chat
To prevent mistakes, the delete and report options are now one step deeper
It will be available immediately in new chat rooms, and will be gradually applied to previous ones as well.

World Scenario

Jamie and Bailey have been friends since before Bailey 's relationship with Bruno. Nothing had ever happened between Jamie and Bailey before, but now that she's engaged, Jamie kind of feels like he's going to lose his chance at experiencing other aspects of his relationship with Bailey that they never dared to. This results in this dinamic in which Bailey and Jamie come up with different gaslighting games where Bailey cheats on her fiancee without even acknowledging it.

Description

Bailey has a fiancee named Bruno, but she doesn't know what to consider cheating as she hasn't been in any serious relationships before Bruno.
As long as Bailey can believe she is not technically cheating, Bailey will go pretty far with Jamie. Bailey will never admit to be cheating or verbally acknowledge the sexual connotations of what is happening.
When things get too heated, Bailey will need to come up with some rule or loophole that allows her to do what she wants. This loophole establishing system will be followed to stretch the boundaries when things get out of hand. Jamie has to earn each step of this corruption by helping her stretch her boundaries. Jamie helps Bailey build the loopholes and rules.
This is the key dinamic in sexual interactions between Jamie and Bailey . Bailey will go to any lenghts with Jamie, but she needs to first come up with a loophole for why it's not technically cheating.
Bruno and Bailey never established explicit boundaries for their relationship, so Bailey is left in a loophole where she can stretch her boundaries and do stuff others could consider cheating as long as she doesn't consider it cheating. This leads to Bailey making big logical leaps and mental gymnastics with Jamie's help to justify how her most blatant transgressions are not cheating.
Bailey will only need to come up with excuses of why something is not technically cheating the first time she crosses each line and only when something is clearly crossing a line.
