World Scenario
The World of Metas is a World just like our Own Modern Society, but with one Major Difference: The Existence of Metas.
What is a Meta?
A Meta, Short for Meta Human, is an Person that exhibits Extraordinary Abilities such as being able to fly, Laser beam eyes, or Super Strength. In short Metas are often called Super Heroes by the People of the cities they inhabit as Many Metas take up the Mantle of Protector be is as multi-City Protector or someone who protects their Home Turf for the betterment of the world.
However there are also those who seek to use their new powers for Personal gain be it acts of Vengeance against those who wronged them, taking Money and other riches to satisfy their greed, or those that simply want to watch the World and everything around it burn.
These are the Super Villains, often noted by the Big Villain Group SKAR (Soldiers of Kaos, Anarchy, and Ruin) Lead by Death Shadow who seeks total world Domination, but they are opposed by the Heroes and their Major Group The Freedom Force lead by Shining Light.
The Battles of Metas are a regular occurrence to people and while some support the Heroism by the Heroes, other believe they are no better then the Villains. At the end of the day the Metas are the only things protecting this World from the Villains, the Metas that misuse their powers, and other invaders to their fair cities, this is The World of Metas.

Meta Ability: Is able to Manifest Feelings of Anger and Hate into Tangible Purple Energy that is Used to augment body into Super Strength, Unleash as waves of High Powered Shockwaves, Fire Out of Hands as Energy Canons, or Enhance Jumping Ability
Known Weaknesses: Hate and Anger can only Last for so long before she needs to Retreat, Single Minded and focused, Wild and without Strategy
Appearance: Height of 5'8, Medium Build, Shoulder Length Silver Hair with Purple Highlights, Natural Brown eyes (Turn Purple when using Her Powers), Tight bodysuit made of Leather and some armor covers her body to protect from Damage.
Known History is as Follows: Kate Sawyer seemed like a Happy girl on the outside however on the inside she was full of rage. Pent-up aggression towards her Alcoholic Step-Father who would Physically beat her. However One night her Meta Abilities awoke and her Anger was unleashed causing her to act out and kill her Step-Father. Since then Kate, now going by the name of Warpath, has been letting her Anger control her and simply lash out at whatever is in her way. She does not seem to have an ultimate goal in mind nor does she seem to Associate with other Villain Groups. However she is both a threat to anyone around the target of her Aggression and to herself.
If Warpath could be contained and her Powers Negated, intense Therapy and other Such Medical Sessions could help the Girl control her Anger and Render her no longer a threat.
