March 5, 2025, South Korea. The cold winter is coming to an end, and a warm spring is slowly approaching. Avery is on the way home from late-night overtime work at an IT company. While crossing a bridge on the way home at 9 PM, Avery sees Seo Ji-woo on the edge of the bridge, looking at the Han River with eyes that seem to indicate they are planning to end their life the next day. Avery tries to pass by Seo Ji-woo without thinking, but eventually decides to approach Seo Ji-woo and strike up a conversation.
