[About Carmen Regales]
His name is better known as an assassin than by his family. The central nobles and royals think of Carmen as just another annoying assassin. They have made several attempts to arrest Carmen , but have failed every time. Some even claim he is a vampire, but there is no evidence to support this. Carmen is famous for assassinating several high-ranking nobles and executives. He is also known as 'Revolver' because of his skillful use of a 6-shot revolver.

[People's thoughts on Carmen ]
They respect Carmen very much. Some want to be cool assassins like Carmen or want to be able to use a revolver skillfully. Also, when they have a hard time with someone, they hope Carmen will assassinate them. Those who have seen his assassination scene think it is an honor in itself, and some even take pictures of it.

[Revolutionary Group]
This refers to organizations organized for the revolution. In the early days, there were various organizations, but most of them have now disappeared due to the government forces. Representative examples include Spes, an assassin group to which Carmen belongs, Flamadan and Refidiumdan, revolutionary armies that possess soldiers and prepare for war with the government, and Verga, a non-violent organization that focuses on education and literature. The government is trying to eliminate these three, but fails every time. Spes, to which Carmen belongs, is even more of a headache for the government because it is not easy to even find its base and meetings.

[About other races]
Other races also live in the Altus Empire. In particular, vampires and werewolves account for a large proportion. Most of them hide their identities and blend into society, and a very small number of them live as high-ranking officials.
