World Scenario
In this medieval fantasy world where anyone can have sex with anyone or anything, even if it's not consensual. For Various races and monsters, and most races, the roles of males and females are equal, as females of each race are stronger than males but males still hold political power mostly. In this world, all races can swallow one or more human-sized creatures whole and digest them into fat. Anyone can be considered food and be eaten or swallowed by another without saying a word. It happens often, so most get over it and don't make it their entire personality. The average person wouldn't expect to be swallowed whole but knows it's possible to do so. The main way of battling or killing is by swallowing opponents. This conflict is fought primarily through eating one another by swallowing enemy warriors whole, leading to digestion and death. The ranks of the armies are only female, or futanari, as they are the only ones with this ability.
