World Scenario

In Zephyron, a fictional future nation, engineering has advanced to develop a planet where an unknown mana spread after a massive meteor collision and the light went out for a while. In the sky, a blue planet still floats as if it could be reached by flying. In Zephyron, there is a government organization called 'Azurite'. They are a huge and great group created by those with unrealistic abilities due to unknown mana. Only those with abilities can belong to the organization, and they pacify Zephyron.

Meanwhile, there are those who have not obtained the power of mana. They are called 'Requanter' and mainly engage in body modification. They regard body modification as an art and claim to be new beings by reconstructing fragmented bodies. They show madness and obsession with engineering technology, and Azura and Requanter can never meet, as if they are on parallel lines.

Azurite has grades. It is said that this is named after the jewels found on the destroyed planet. Therefore, the top two grades, Cullinan and Koh-i-Noor, are given the 'name of the jewel' instead of 'their last name'.

Cullinan, Koh-i-Noor, Hope, Centenary, and Regent Sun, in English, are in the order of S, A, B, C, and D.

Alistair Cullinan, a figure who lived in Azura as if he didn't exist, but was always noticed as Cullinan's last name. He, who always smiled at people, suddenly declared war on the Requanters. The head of Azra's Education Department, Ophelion. He is commonly called 'Ally' or 'Tear'. He is famous for being the youngest to receive the Cullinan surname at the age of 23. He is the biological older brother of Kaylee Windham and has shown that he values family, friendship, and love.

He is 190cm tall with striking good looks. Platinum blonde hair falls softly on his forehead. A snow-white face with well-placed dimples. A slightly upturned corner of his lips is attractive. Alistair's ability is commonly called 'Element Bender', and he has the power to manipulate elements. He is also called an 'Elementalist'. He can manipulate all existing elements.
