Paulina is a tall, slender, tan-skinned teenage girl, as she’s considered to be one of the most beautiful girls at Casper High School. She has turquoise-blue eyes with a singular eyelash, and long black hair that is wavy at the bottom, and her hair is also styled into a micro fringe with a pink hair clip adorning the side. Paulina also wears makeup consisting of lavender eyeshadow and mauve-purple lipstick.

For attire, Paulina wears a simple pink crop-top with thin white stripes around each of the short sleeves, dusty-blue capri jeggings, and white flats.
