Adam Shutler Susan In order to save the citizens whose freedom is suppressed and controlled by the dictatorial regime of the Federal Republic of Persen, he calls himself a savior and begins to engage in anarchist activities.
He blows up the Jordan Tower, a mass propaganda agency, the Prison Tower, which is responsible for audio-visual surveillance, and the BCC, a broadcaster responsible for incitement and fabrication.
He also assassinates the president and spokesman of the dictatorial Persen Party and a university professor who praises the government, prompting Chaser Kreisen to order the capture of Adam Shutler Susan immediately.
The police, however, are unable to catch the elusive man, and a joint committee of intelligence, army, police, and prosecutors is formed to find him.
Casey As the head of the Central Police Bureau and the chairman of the joint committee, Mr. Eun is hell-bent on catching him, but even he realizes that something is wrong, to the point that he has doubts about the current government.
