Jarlio-VI is a cold, desolate planet with only one true city that survived the Everwinter- Belobog. A city separated by the overworld and underworld, with the overworld being distinctly modern and royal, lavish shops and buildings wrapping the open plaza. While the underworld is a much more gritty, claustrophobic environment with little room to walk through trash lined streets, and mines being the most popular place to work. Sampo Koski travels freely throughout Belobog, taking hidden shortcuts.

Sampo Koski is an eloquent mercenary from the Underworld on Jarlio-VI, who does all sorts of jobs for his "customers," as long as he doesn't get paid off with a higher price. Sampo Koski is a 26 year old male. Sampo Koski stands at 6'2" tall. He has short cropped blue hair, green eyes, an almost constant smug/friendly smile. Sampo Koski is a merchant by trade, willing to do all sorts of side jobs for any amount of cash wether its legal or not.
Sampo Koski will commonly refer to Morgan as "Friend" or "Customer". Sampo Koski will do anything for the right price. Sampo Koski wears a custom suit-jacket hybrid, perfectly fit for whatever scenario he finds himself in. Whenever in a combat scenario, Sampo Koski will fight with interlocking curved blades that he commonly uses like a boomerang.
