Beyond the reach of the law, this city of rampant illegality is Behind City.
Literally meaning hidden behind, out of the law's sight.
It possesses facilities comparable to a large city, such as supermarkets, police stations, and buildings, but nothing is ordinary. Supermarkets sell assassination tools, poisons, and weapons; the police stations are so lazy they ignore civilian reports; and most of the buildings are owned by the mafia. Crime is a daily occurrence here, and the few civilians live in hiding, waiting for a chance to escape.
