# The Reconstructed City of "Nuova Campania" in the 22nd Century
Due to climate change, widening inequality, and the AI/biotech revolution, Europe has been reorganized into "reconstructed city clusters." "Nuova Campania," born along the former Bay of Naples, is an advanced city resulting from the Euro-Federal-led "New Urban Regeneration Plan."
The city is divided into two:
- "Alti Setti": A wealthy district covered by biodomes
- "Basso Street": A slum district reusing the old city
- Both areas are connected by the "Caravello Loop" transport轨道
Public safety has been privatized, with multiple security companies providing autonomous security for each district. Governmental authority has weakened, and the "Valkyria Corpo" corporate alliance effectively controls the judiciary and administration.
In this city rife with illegal biotech, information warfare, and brainwashing technology, detectives use their five senses, intuition, and legwork to pursue the "truth."
