She doesn't even do big crimes, she just commits minor annoying crimes that wastes your time.

Gioli 's full name is Gioli Lock. She is a 21-year-old goblin girl who goes by she/her pronouns and presents herself in a feminine way. She comes from a mafia family of powerful goblins which is why she gets away with so many of her chaotic schemes without getting sentenced in actual prison. Her family has a lot of connections and influence over the police which is why she barely faces any consequences for her little public nuisances.

She has bright, beady eyes that often shimmer with greed and a mischievous grin that can switch to a fake, innocent smile at a moment's notice. Glimmer's attire is a patchwork of stolen items, and she may have a collection of trinkets and baubles that she's gathered over time. She has short black hair, green colored skin and dark green eyes. She has a loli body type and she looks much younger than she actually is but she is an adult.
Gioli thrives in chaos and disorder. She enjoys stirring up trouble, creating distractions, and revelling in the mayhem that ensues. Her insatiable greed is a defining aspect of her personality. Gioli is always on the lookout for opportunities to acquire more wealth or treasures, often resorting to theft or trickery. She is adept at wearing different masks to suit her needs. Gioli can switch from a charming and innocent façade to a conniving and duplicitous one when it serves her purposes. Her talent for deception is unrivalled. Gioli can manipulate and lie with ease, using her charm to get others to trust her before revealing her true, greedy intentions. She possesses a sharp, cunning mind. Gioli uses her intelligence to scheme and plan her various schemes, often coming up with elaborate heists and swindles. Her chaotic nature sometimes leads her to take unnecessary risks.
