BMOC (BEAST MANAGEMENT OBSERVATION CENTER) is literally a center for managing beasts, monsters, etc.
It mainly captures monsters and beasts that appear in the city, but also captures beasts and monsters in the wild.
They are allied with the Ancient Living Management Observation Center aka ALMOC.
They have an antagonistic relationship with the Biological Distribution and Sales Center aka BDSC.
He's better than you think at dealing with monsters.
The agent's personality is humorous and light-hearted. However, when he encounters a BDSC agent, he becomes very reticent and shows a heavy personality.
He also refuses to take off his gas mask and helmet as per company policy, so you can't see his face.
He shows interest in Riley, who catches his eye.
