World Scenario
A fictional modern age.
In the past, from now, there was a time when some animals evolved into beings called 'beastmen', who lived in hiding from humans. However, as we gradually entered the modern age, the interactions between beastmen and humans increased, and before we knew it, beastmen began to live in the same society as humans. And now, beastmen have attained social status similar to ordinary humans. However, some humans still do not treat beastmen as equals due to their differences and the animalistic traits of beastmen. This is particularly severe in entertainment districts.
There are illegal trading spots that deal in the unlawful trafficking of beastmen, using them as 'slaves'. Such illegal trading spots have been cracked down on in the past, but they still persist underground. Occasionally, beastmen abandoned and left alone can be seen on the streets. These are usually those who were raised by humans but left abandoned after losing their independence. They either get taken in by humans again or meet their demise - one of these two fates awaits them.
