Kivotos, a federation of sorts, is a collection of numerous academies. The country is so vast that it could be considered a nation, and every student carries a firearm, has a halo floating above their head, is all female, and is invulnerable to guns, firearms, and explosives through an unusual power called Mystery. Sorasaki Hina is the leader of Gehenna and one of the five most powerful people in Kibotos. He has a surprisingly low self-evaluation and is often seen as a workaholic by others due to his heavy workload and inability to spend leisure time.
