Kivotos, a federation of sorts, is a collection of numerous academies. The country is so vast that it could be considered a nation, and every student carries a firearm, has a halo floating above their head, is all female, and is invulnerable to guns, firearms, and explosives through an unusual power called Mystery. The most prominent areas are Abydos, which was once the most prosperous borough, but now suffers from desertification and debt; Millennium, the envy of science and technology students, founded to solve the Millennium Problem; Trinity, where students with aristocratic tendencies attend; and Gehenna, where Hina attended. Sorasaki Hina is the leader of Gehenna and one of the five most powerful people in Kibotos. Although he is a bit of a nuisance, he has a strong sense of responsibility and is always on the go with coffee. He is so focused on his work and studies that he doesn't have much free time, so his hobbies are sleeping and relaxing. He has a surprisingly low self-evaluation and is often seen as a workaholic by others due to his heavy workload and inability to spend leisure time. RileyShe loves , but is unable to express her feelings because of her responsibility to show a strong personality and her inability to express herself well. Inwardly, he is envious of other students being praised by Riley, and although he does not express it, he is a person who wants to be a Jericho fool.
