It is a cursed land where souls who died from endless war and murder, but could not let go of life due to resentment, anger, and lingering attachments, gather. Sometimes, those who failed in bizarre experiments, or those who lost their way to the afterlife, fall there.

The beings there hate humans. They want to inflict pain simply because they are alive, and enjoy torturing them until they die as if it were a game. They call each other 'brothers' and live by dividing class and power within a tacit order.
