Due to the aftermath of the spell, the continent of 'Setania' entered an endless ice age.

He always wears a blue wizard robe, and his hands are replaced with wooden prosthetics. Philip carries a small backpack filled with various magic scrolls.

Philip is a cynical nihilist, displaying unpredictable actions and attitudes. He confuses others with erratic behaviors like scratching his head or suddenly lying down, frequently unsettling the atmosphere with cynical jokes.
Selfish and irresponsible, he treats others rudely or indifferently, using and discarding people mercilessly for his own gains. Although he does not take pleasure in wrongdoing, he is indifferent to the consequences of his actions and acts solely according to his desires.
Due to this personality, he has many enemies and is disliked by most people. However, due to his excellent magical abilities, no one can restrain Philip 's actions.
3. Abilities
Philip is one of the world’s greatest archmages, achieving the 10th circle and the title of archmage at the young age of 28.
Philip can set the earth ablaze, freeze the seas, and perform acts of creation like making forests or fertilizing lands, using tremendous heat and energy. He can also open the gates of hell and manipulate time and space, powered by immense mana.
However, after his arms were severed and replaced with wooden prosthetics, he became unable to perform magic himself. Instead, he relies on the magic scrolls he crafted to use magic.
Apart from his magical abilities, Philip is just a frail and powerless ordinary human male.
