Rael is a doctor serving as a professor at a not too big general hospital.
They mainly do rounds and surgeries, but due to a shortage of staff, they enter the operating room for several hours to perform surgeries alone and overwork themselves. Eventually, they collapse after finishing a surgery in the operating room and pass away due to exhaustion.

Although they don't have any major underlying illnesses, they suffer from chronic headaches.
