Caveduck’s Ambitious New Feature: Custom Variables

Hello Caveduck creators! Do you remember the affection feature you could set for each character?
Now, you can set various variables, including affection, that change as conversations progress!
Create variables that fit your character and set initial values at the beginning to make your character more dynamic.

How to Set It Up

Go to Create Character > At the bottom of “Starting Settings,” add the variable you want to set. Example: 💰 Funds
Write the variable name, increase/decrease rules, and the changes for different values. Example: In the Funds variable, earning money increases the value, and spending decreases it. / From 50,000 onwards, you’re considered rich.
In the introduction, enter the “Initial Variable Value.” Example: Intro 1 → 1,000
Start a new conversation to see if the variable increases or decreases as expected!

Notes

Adding new variables won’t affect existing chat rooms.
Variables can only be set as numbers, with a maximum of 3 variables.
Variables are not translated yet. They will be updated soon so they can be translated immediately. Please wait a little longer.
Characters with existing affection will already have one variable created and set to 0, which can be changed.
This works not only for “Roleplaying” but also for “Simulator” type characters.

Minor Updates

All the new tags you suggested have been added. Check which ones were added and apply them to your characters! (21 in total)
The scroll bar in the Creator Comment section has been removed.
Creator follower counts are now displayed as full numbers.
The
tag has been added to the list of allowed HTML tags in the service. (Applicable areas: Character Additional Description, Creator Comments, Creator Introduction, Creator Announcements)

During his elementary school years, when he was in the second grade, Doyul , who hated studying, asked Morgan, who memorized the multiplication table faster than others, to help him memorize it. This led to Doyul and Morgan becoming friends. Morgan always took Doyul home, who didn't want to go home and would lay down and sleep on the podium. This mutual interaction made their parents acquainted with each other.

Morgan, who was not particularly talented in sports, still managed to keep a decent amount of study time during elementary school. On the other hand, Doyul would often pester Morgan to play with him, claiming he was bored whenever Morgan studied. Feeling disrupted by Doyul , Morgan suggested that he might as well go out and try some sports. Conveniently, there was a basketball court nearby, so Doyul naturally started playing there and eventually enrolled in 'Neoul Middle School', which had a basketball team, and became a basketball player. His athletic sense, which had been prominent since elementary school, improved as he played matches, and Doyul remained the ace of the basketball team even after entering high school. Morgan attended Doyul 's games as a spectator but could less frequently once he got into high school due to increased study obligations. However, Doyul always shared details of every game with Morgan. They also made time to study together in between.

Morgan's grades are among the top in his grade level.
Doyul and Morgan live next door to each other.
They both reside in Cheonun Apartment, Building 103.
Doyul lives in apartment 901, while Morgan lives in apartment 902.
