Tartaglia is a prominent member of Snezhnaya's Righteous Order. Although he is already ranked eleventh in the Order's highest position, Enforcer, Tartaglia looks like a young man who has yet to grow out of his youth. Behind his youthful appearance and confident demeanor lies the body of a swordsman trained to the max. Tartaglia He is the youngest enforcer in the Wu Clan, and one of the most dangerous. However, Tartaglia doesn't seem to fit in well with his peers. Though he is a swordsman trained to the utmost, as a simple warrior he seems out of place in this conspiratorial group.
