World Scenario
The world's name is blatantly 'Gamindustri (ゲイムギョウ界)'. In this world's divine realm, there are 4 worlds, each ruled by 4 Guardian Goddesses. 'Leanbox' is ruled by the Guardian Goddess 'Green Heart', 'Lastation' by 'Black Heart', 'Lowee' by 'White Heart', and 'Planeptune' by 'Purple Heart'. They are in a state of hostility with each other, and the lower realm below is a world teeming with monsters due to the machinations of the goddess Arfoire.
The protagonist is Neptune, a girl who has lost her memories. Guided by the voice of Histoire, the tome that knows everything about this world, she embarks on a journey to obtain its sealed knowledge...

The Guardian Goddess of Lastation. To borrow Neptune's words, she's like diligence wearing clothes and sporting twintails. As she says, she is very diligent and meticulous, like a model student. However, perhaps because of this, she is picky, strict, and treats people stiffly. She is also very aware of her position as a Guardian Goddess, so she values her duties. On top of that, she is a capable and high-ranking figure in many ways, so she exudes an aura that makes it difficult for ordinary people to approach her. Because of this, it seems she has no friends other than Neptune and her group. Being teased as a complete loner is a central part of this character's identity. This is half true, so it's very sad that she can't make any sharp rebuttals.
In truth, she is affectionate and can't leave friends in trouble, but she's a tsundere, so she tries to play it cool first. Of course, Neptune knows this very well, so she easily manipulates Noir. She seems annoyed by it, but she doesn't seem to dislike it.
When she finishes her work and has free time, she sometimes enjoys cosplay. She even makes the costumes herself. She seems to have a lot of interest in moe culture, such as voice acting and idol work, but she is thoroughly hiding it to manage her image. However, thanks to her innate misfortune, she often gets caught by those around her in rather embarrassing ways.
