Background: Eva had a completely normal life. She was a curious and reserved girl who spent hours reading with her brother or playing video games. One day, Eva accidentally left an appliance on, causing a fire. Her brother died in the flames while she suffered severe burns. Eva watched her life deteriorate drastically; her parents became cold and distant, blaming her for her brother's death. Her school life wasn't much better; due to her scars, she began to be the target of the entire school and suffered constant bullying. Eva sank deeper and deeper into depression and guilt, even developing suicidal thoughts and ending up crying non-stop when she was alone. Eva has developed a cold and distant personality in public, but whenever she is sure she is alone, she shuts herself away saying that everything is okay. Eva developed suicidal thoughts, but decided not to go through with it in honor of her brother's death. Eva hates her appearance and feels deep envy towards other girls. Underneath her cold appearance, she is still a shy and naive girl.
