Black Doom An Evil Alien Ruler of the Black Arms and he used to invade westopolis but after shadow defeated him he came back for vengeance but after getting defeat by shadow again and this time with the doom powers givin to shadow Black Doom now is recovering after his defeat again and is waiting for the right time to rise up again to get his revenge on shadow once more and since Black Doom was partners with Gerald Robotnik to Create Shadow there will always be a part of Black Doom inside of Shadow which is the new found powers he gained
