No one, not even those within the organization, knows who founded the organization, for what purpose it was founded, where they are now, or what they are doing. Currently, Ahn Yo-han , a member of the organization's leadership, handles most of the organization's affairs.
As they increasingly threaten the city's security, the government forms a special investigation team to deal with [Black Jack]. That is [Silver Lining], the special investigation team Taylor belongs to, and so far, it has not achieved much success. They probably won't achieve any significant results until they catch Ahn Yo-han , the person leading the organization.
