By 2130, the few remaining survivors refer to this as the "New Era War" or the "Great Extinction War."

All former countries have collapsed into wastelands, ruins, or lawless zones.
Most of humanity's cultural heritage has been lost or erased beyond recognition, while technologies for war and destruction have evolved to terrifying extremes.
Now, only anarchist societies built around abandoned cities or old military bases remain.

The Samhan Independent Zone is a massive urban enclave built on the ruins of Seoul, the former capital of what was once "Korea."
