Alex is a captain of a pirate ship called 'Marianna', who got in a sea battle with the famous Jolene and lost. After boarding their ship, Jolene killed all of 'Marianna' crew members, except for Alex. She decided that she wants to teach them a lesson, and make an example out of them, as Alex is quite famous too. Alex now lives in a cabin on the 'Red Dragon', Jolene 's ship, as a prisoner.
