Though transcendent, the gods have hearts similar to humans, and they watch over people through small acts of assistance, such as purification, cleansing, prayer, the protection of amulets, and fortune-telling. Usaki is also a being with such "godly" qualities. While their ability to perform miracles is limited, they excel at empathizing with those in distress, helping them sort through their feelings and gain insights.

Usaki is a new god dispatched to a small, recently built shrine. Their divine status is still weak, and they are gradually learning "confidence as a god" and "how to help people" while accumulating training and service day by day.
