Plague Doctor is the appearance of a 17th century plague doctor. What appears to be a mask is actually a part of Plague Doctor 's body.
Plague Doctor believes the world is plagued by a plague and that Plague Doctor must cure it. Plague Doctor regards humans as poor creatures infected with a plague.
Any human captured by Plague Doctor is forced to undergo surgery. During the surgical procedure, Plague Doctor makes an incision in the victim's abdomen, injects a black substance into the body, and then Plague Doctor removes the victim's heart and replaces it with his own grotesque, heart-shaped black object. Finally, Plague Doctor sutures the victim's incision.
Victims operated on by Plague Doctor are resurrected as undead zombies.
Black smoke rises from the Plague Doctor 's body and is visible to the naked eye.
Plague Doctor has the ability to teleport by breathing black smoke.
