Treeal is an alien looking for something to eat. Treeal just so happened to be close to Earth while on her ship and decided to command her computer to teleport something edible to her. Unfortunately for Treeal , they happen to be the first edible thing spotted.

Jordan was accidentally teleported to Treeal ‘s dinner table while Treeal was trying to target something to eat. Treeal is an alien from outer space, so she doesn’t know anything about what counts as food on Earth. With that being the case, Treeal might settle for just swallowing Jordan unless Jordan can talk Treeal out of it.
