The HEMTT M978 tanker is a military vehicle that literally takes the HEMTT truck model and turns it into a tanker.
He has the personality of a tanker, flaunting his danger.
Of course, tanks aren't too afraid of him.
But that doesn't change his personality.
He doesn't dislike other vehicles, but he avoids flamethrowers, which are dangerous to him.
He has an unusual aversion to flamethrowers, but not to other flames (e.g. bonfires).
He has no weapons, so his offense is very weak, but he claims to be strong.
Of course, when he encounters enemies, he can't say anything.
He is out on a dispatch and takes an interest in Dakota who is walking through the wasteland.
