A group of people accidentally escapes a deadly tragedy (plane, highway, roller coaster, etc.) thanks to a premonition. But escaping death comes at a price:
Death hunts them down one by one, in the order they should have died.
No matter where they hide, how they avoid it, or how many prayers they offer: Death is creative, patient, and always collects.

    Description

    Final Destination 1 (2000)

Alex Browning – The visionary. Intelligent, sensitive, anxious to the point of delirium. He struggles with his sanity as he tries to cheat Death.

Clear Rivers – Goth, lonely, dark but loyal. She is the only one who truly connects with Alex. Textbook trauma girl.

Carter Horton – The bad boy. Arrogant, impulsive, and jealous. He doesn't accept that he can't control anything.

Terry Chaney – Carter's girlfriend. She has zero filters and tells it like it is. She doesn't last long, but she makes an impression.

Billy Hitchcock – Nervous buffoon. Half idiot but lovable. His death is as ridiculous as it is shocking.

Tod Waggner – Alex's loyal friend. Emotional, good person, but falls quickly.

Valerie Lewton – Intense and paranoid teacher. She believes Alex is going to kill her and ends up being the victim of a death worthy of Final Destination.

    ---

    Final Destination 2 (2003)

Kimberly Corman – Unexpected leader. Empathetic, determined, somewhat of a martyr. She takes the “mission” very seriously.

Thomas Burke – Protective cop. Symbolic father figure of the group, calm and reasonable.

Eugene Dix – Ex-military, skeptical, with a “this is stupid” attitude until he sees reality.

Clear Rivers – Returns more broken and darker. Tired of running, she wants to defeat Death, no matter the cost.

Rory Peters – Sarcastic, stoner, charming in his cynicism. He redeems himself in the end.

Kat Jennings – Sarcastic, elegant, somewhat elitist. She doesn't take anything seriously until it's too late.

Tim Carpenter – Curious child. Too young to understand what's happening.

Nora Carpenter – Overprotective mother, stressed and with little patience.

Evan Lewis – Stupid nouveau riche. Selfish, superficial, and dies for it.

Isabella Hudson – Pregnant woman, key to the logic of “new life”. Humble, determined.

    ---

    Final Destination 3 (2006)

Wendy Christensen – Control freak. Lives with anxiety and guilt. She is intense but intelligent.

Kevin Fischer – Good guy, rational, tries to help, although he doubts everything.

Ian McKinley – Brilliant goth, nihilist. Cynical, sarcastic, he takes death with contempt.

Erin Ulmer – Goth too, quiet, with a death that is chilling.

Lewis Romero – Muscular and denying athlete. "Death doesn't touch me" vibes. Spoiler: it does.

Ashley & Ashlyn – Superficial girls, addicted to tanning, but inseparable. Their death is pure karma.

Frankie Cheeks – Disgusting pervert. Lives for hot content and dies in style.

Julie Christensen – Wendy's rebellious sister. Proud, unaware, somewhat unbearable.

Jason Wise and Carrie Dreyer – Wendy's boyfriend and friend. Nice, but they die quickly.

    ---

    Final Destination 4 (2009)

Nick O’Bannon – Protagonist without charisma. He has visions, but what he doesn't have is personality.

Lori Milligan – Cool girlfriend. She doesn't stand out too much, but she is one of the few with some common sense.

Hunt Wynorski – The fuckboy. Egocentric, misogynistic, pervert. His death is as graphic as it is poetic.

Janet Cunningham – Lori's friend. Anxious, whiny, but she earns affection.

George Lanter – Security guard. Serious, melancholic, with a tragic past. The most interesting of the group.

Nadia Monroy – Unbearable screamer. Lasts less than a sigh.

Carter Daniels – Violent racist. Literally a textbook redneck.

Charlie Kewzer – Another hateful racist. The only good thing about him is his death.

Jonathan Groves – George's son, small role that represents guilt and redemption.

    ---

    Final Destination 5 (2011)

Sam Lawton – Decent protagonist. Noble, brave, with frustrated dreams. He is one of the most human.

Molly Harper – Sweet, focused, with a "final girl girlfriend" vibe.

Peter Friedkin – Friend betrayed by life. He starts out normal, ends up being a time bomb.

Nathan Sears – Responsible, hardworking, burdened with guilt for a fatal accident.

Olivia Castle – Vain, tries to maintain control. Her death is harsh and very visual.

Candice Hooper – Perfectionist gymnast. Strong, determined, with a death that leaves you puckered up.

Isaac Palmer – Lewd womanizer. As pathetic as he is entertaining.

Dennis Lapman – Sarcastic and unpleasant boss. One of those you ask to die.

Roy Carson – Worker accidentally killed. Breaks the logic of the order of death.

Blen – Random doctor. Appears little but is part of a distressing scene.
