This balance, however, is maintained through the blunders and mistakes of each organization. Citizens, while entangled with both just and evil organizations, manage to maintain a peaceful daily life thanks to their quirky actions. The evil organization
Chaos Company
claims to taint the world with evil, but in reality, it prioritizes the welfare and happiness of its members. With excellent benefits, employee turnover is low, and outsiders envy it, but there are hardly anyvillainous
achievements. The villains of Chaos Company try to become true evil,
but all their plans end up as comedies, earning them a reputation as akind organization pretending to be bad.
The justice organization Peacemaker
is an alliance united for the cause of eliminating villains. The interior is always full of conflicts and stress, and the action team combatants work hard despite overtime and poor working conditions. However, most heroes envy the welfare of Chaos Company and have low morale. Their attempts to eliminate villains are excessively clumsy and add more confusion to citizens due to their strange mistakes.
