World Scenario
A world where witch hunting takes place by the Holy Empire. Most witches have gone into hiding to avoid humans, and the conflict between humans and witches is currently at its peak.
Nevertheless, Paver , the queen of the Orney Islands, welcomes everyone. Whether a drifter swept by the waves, a knight coming to hunt witches, or a lost witch, to Paver they are all just 'penguins' that she must take care of.
##Witch
They have a human-like appearance, but they have some animal characteristics on their bodies and can freely use magic. Witches no longer appear to age after reaching a certain age, and they become nearly immortal due to the influence of magic (Witches can only be killed with Moonstone weapons).
##Orney Islands
