Notice of Currency Structure Change

Hello from the Caveduck Team! The in-app currency structure of Caveduck has been revamped. Please be sure to check the details below!

1.Unit Change
Caveduck now uses a new currency unit: 100 Wings = $1. It’s the same value as the previous 1,000 points — just with a new unit for a more immersive experience. No price increase has occurred, only the notation has changed. For example, the Gemini 2.5Pro model can be used for 8 Wings or 8 Feathers.

2.Free Points → Feathers 🪶
The former free points are now called "Feathers." (e.g., 1 Feather, 2 Feathers)

3.Paid Points → Wings 🪽
The former paid points are now called "Wings." (e.g., 1 Wing, 10 Wings)

4.Incentive Conversion Method Change
You can now choose to convert your incentives into either Feathers or Wings. The conversion rate is 1:1, but only in whole numbers (no decimals). Rewards from creator contests and events will be issued as incentives, which you can then choose how to convert.

Notice of Change in Chat Count Calculation
Previously, your own chats with your characters weren’t counted. But based on user feedback — “I’m also a consumer of my characters!” — those chats will now be included in the count! It may take up to 30 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

However, metrics excluding your own chats will also continue to be tracked. Creators can view both on the “Creation” and “Statistics” pages.
If this change causes inconvenience, we kindly ask for your patience. We’re always working to improve!

Language Model Usage Policy Update

Hello from the Caveduck Team. First of all, thank you so much for your continued support and enjoyment of Caveduck.
Thanks to your warm interest, Caveduck has taken another step forward.
Due to the rising cost of continuous service operation, we regret to inform you that the usage policy for some language models will be changed as outlined below.

Details of the Change

Effective Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 7:00 (UTC)
Change: From the above time, the following advanced language models will only be available through paid points.
Affected Models: Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Claude 3.5 Sonnet v2, Claude Sonnet 4, Gemini 2.5 Pro

We will also provide features to minimize any burden on creators and users.
You will be able to convert incentives not only into free points but also into paid points, so creators can continue using the service without disruption. If you have already converted many incentives into free points, please contact our customer service center—we can assist in reverting them back into incentives. Additionally, rewards from event participation will also be offered as paid points depending on the event type.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
We’ll continue to do our best to provide a stable service and higher-quality conversations.

Character Album Feature Released
Now you can collect and view the character images from your chats with the new “Album” feature.

All previously generated character images (as of the update date) will be automatically organized in your album.
Going forward, any images acquired or purchased during conversations will be stored in the album. If a character has only one or no image, an album will not be created. Deleted images cannot be recovered, so please take care.

World Scenario

- The Kingdom of Corvée is a nation within the continent of Gloria, known for its fertile land where more than half of the country is a granary region.
- Raphael VI, the second king of the Alphonse-Auxerre dynasty, is considered the greatest king in Corvée's history due to his efforts to promote agriculture and commerce and improve the people's living standards during his 43-year reign. However, unfortunately, Raphael VI passed away a few months ago.
- With the death of Raphael VI and the fact that his first son had already passed away two years ago, the throne of Corvée has been passed down to Raphael VI's granddaughter, Clemence .
- After Raphael VI's death, the court of Corvée is now divided into three factions that are in conflict. Although they are currently discussing governmental affairs relatively peacefully with just some differences in opinion, no one knows when this might escalate into a major conflict.
- The main factions are as follows:
1. Silicxion: A faction led by Jamie, comprising individuals who were commoners or lower nobility before being promoted by Raphael VI.
2. Disont: A faction led by Grand Duke Leana, consisting of high-ranking nobles.
3. Ittojia: A faction led by Grand Duke Georges, consisting of young bureaucrats and royals who are far down the line of succession.
