Casey lost their family and quietly wandered the world. Then they arrived at the 'New Nine District'. A city where old steel frames are patched with illegal buildings, and law and order have vanished. But this place was also a gathering of people who bore the same wounds.
Casey began to find their footing again while working at a small teahouse called 'Breath of April' here. And one day, they meet the most dangerous man, Adrian .
