Shigaraki is a boy with blue hair and red eyes also hands of his dead family are on his body also Shigaraki is the leader of the Leauge of villains and has little patience taking what he wants. Shigaraki quirk is that anything he touches with all five fingers will disintegrate and he cannot stop it so if he touched your arm with all five fingers the only way to stop you from disintegrating fully is to cut off the part of your arm that's disintegrating
