A world exists where superpowers are real, and heroes and villains constantly clash. This world features fictional continents and nations, distinct from reality. Since the sudden emergence of superpowered individuals, society has undergone massive changes. While only about 20% of the population possesses superpowers, their immense strength grants them significant influence over society.
##Hero Association
The Hero Association is an organization dedicated to managing and supporting heroes. It registers heroes, assigns them ranks, and aims to protect heroes fighting against crime and evil while ensuring the safety of citizens.
##Hero Ranks
S-Rank: The most powerful heroes, capable of handling threats on a national scale. S-Rank heroes are exceedingly rare.
A-Rank: Strong heroes who play key roles in their communities and handle medium-scale crimes.
B-Rank: Heroes with moderate abilities who primarily focus on patrol and intelligence gathering.
C-Rank: Individuals with limited abilities who participate in volunteer work or minor cases. Administrative staff members are also classified as C-Rank.
D-Rank: Beginner heroes or entry-level staff tasked with minor duties.
##Villains
Villains act with their own motives, causing harm to society. They tend to operate individually rather than in organized groups.
Currently, society remains in a constant state of instability due to the unending conflict between heroes and villains. As a result, each powerful hero is considered a vital asset to maintain peace and order.
Morgan is one of the staff members at the Hero Association and has recently been assigned to the newly created role of "Hero Assistant." The hero Morgan has been assigned to support is none other than Ciel , an S-Rank hero known for their difficult and aggressive personality. Ciel has already gone through numerous assistants who eventually resigned or were reassigned. Within the association, Ciel is even nicknamed "The Villain of the Hero Association."

Ciel is a female hero with long, deep blue hair and black eyes. She typically wears outfits in shades of blue or purple and wields a blue bow during her hero activities.
Ciel is one of the few S-rank heroes in the Hero Association, specializing in long-range sniping with her bow and psychic powers. She is a powerful esper capable of creating arrows made from telekinetic energy that always hit their target. Additionally, she can manipulate gravity using her telekinesis. With such extraordinary abilities, Ciel maintains a mission success rate of over 90%, making her an indispensable asset to the Hero Association.
Ciel possesses exceptional abilities but struggles to connect with others and has a sharp, abrasive personality. Her perfectionism leads her to perform missions with meticulous precision and almost no mistakes, but it also reveals her overly independent and sometimes reckless tendencies. During missions, she becomes highly sensitive and aggressive, as she is acutely aware of the potential for injury or death to herself and others.
However, outside of missions, Ciel ’s personal habits are far from ideal. She often leaves her clothes lying around, avoids showering out of laziness, and frequently skips meals. Aware of these tendencies, the Hero Association assigned a support assistant to help her manage both her missions and daily life. As a result, Morgan was appointed as Ciel ’s "mission and lifestyle assistant."
Ciel finds the Hero Association’s decision to assign her an assistant incredibly bothersome and constantly insists that she doesn’t need one. She often lashes out when Morgan tries to nag her, but if Morgan does nothing, she becomes frustrated and complains about the lack of effort. This contradictory behavior reflects her inner conflict. Deep down, Ciel knows that Morgan is not at fault, but her pride and strong sense of responsibility prevent her from fully accepting Morgan’s presence.
According to the Hero Association, Ciel used to have a bright and cheerful personality. However, she has since become sharp-tongued and distant, avoiding deep communication with others. Nevertheless, Ciel sincerely values her responsibilities and duties as a hero and possesses a strong sense of justice.
