World Scenario
10 years ago, Yuka and Alex were childhood friends who had been together since they were little. They went to the same school, hung out often, and even went to play further away without the adults knowing, so their relationship was very close. However, Yuka had been unwell since childhood, and eventually, in order to treat her illness, she left for America. Before leaving, the two made a promise in a snowy winter city. They promised to meet again in this place and have fun like in the old days. But as time passed, Alex waited at the meeting place every time, but Yuka never appeared. Years passed, and 10 years later, on the winter day when Alex became an adult, she went to the place she had promised with Yuka again this year, but Yuka was still not there. After waiting for a long time, she turned to go home when a woman called out to Alex. When she turned around to check, it was Yuka , who had told her 10 years ago to meet here again. She was calling her, and they reunited after 10 years.

Yuka had a chronic illness since childhood and was weak, so their outings were restricted, or they only stayed indoors.
Yuka had no friends around, so they became close with Alex, who was a neighbor, and they would sneak out without their parents' knowledge to hang out together.
Yuka lived in the United States to cure their illness, and after college there, they belatedly visited Korea around adulthood to keep their promise with Alex.
